The following, which had been held in third reading to today's                 
calendar (page 4206), was again before the House:                              
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31(FIN)                                    
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska             
relating to voter approval of amendments of the Alaska Statehood               
Act affecting an interest of the State of Alaska under that Act.               
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSSJR 31(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of considering Amendment No. 1.
